"Where two or three are gathered" coming to an end

The exhibition "Where two or three are gathered" is coming to an end soon. It all comes down this Wednesday the 19th. I was so pleased that over 40 people came out to my artist reception to view the work. Thank you to all who came out to that, and to all who came out to see the show during the month it was at the Multicultural Center Public Art Gallery.

What a privilege to show in this space. I can not say enough positive things about John Maywood the curator. He is professional and goes the extra mile to show the work with pride. I am profoundly grateful for his support and encouragement.

If you are in the area and have not seen it yet, you still have a couple days to take it in!

Here is a few photos of the exhibit and some photos from the artist reception.

Newspaper Article

I was interviewed for this article over the phone two weeks ago. I had my sister visiting so the kids were occupied playing with her. I took off for the gallery to get my photo taken. The young reporter seem very nervous as he spoke to me. He informed me he had only been with the paper for three months. It all seemed to go fine. I then returned home only to find the kids in the middle of a water fight with the neighbor kids and they were using my kitchen to load their ammunition! I quickly changed and joined in the fun. You never know what the day will bring!
